Carpet cleaning that doesn't send you out of the house

Chapter 01
Dry beats wet on a carpet people actually live on
Steam cleaning and hot water extraction push a lot of water down into the carpet, and that water has to come back out on its own. Most homes are looking at a full day, sometimes longer, before the carpet is dry enough to trust. Kids and pets don't wait that long, and neither does the next spill.
Wet cleaning also wicks. Soil that was sitting down in the pad gets pulled back up to the surface as the carpet dries, so a carpet that looked clean the day it was cleaned can look dingy again within a week or two. Because our process leaves no residual moisture, there's nothing down there to wick back up, and there's no 24 hour wait before you can use the room.
That matters most in a house that's actually lived in. If you've got one bathroom off the hallway or a living room that's the only place to sit, a full day of blocked-off carpet isn't a minor inconvenience.

What the HOST pass actually does
We work a dry cleaning compound down into the carpet pile with counter rotating brushes. That compound is what does the work, it's absorbent and it's built to grab onto oil-based and ground-in soil that a vacuum alone would just push around.
Once the compound has had time to work through the pile, we vacuum it back out, and it comes out carrying the soil with it. There's no rinse step and no water to extract, because there was never a soak to begin with. Carpets are ready for normal foot traffic as soon as we're done.
This is the same pass whether it's one bedroom or a full house. Stairs get individual attention, since a stair tread takes more direct wear than open floor and shows dirt faster than anywhere else in the house.
Chapter 03
The grey path down the middle of the room
Traffic lanes are the carpet's memory of where everyone actually walks: hallway to kitchen, couch to TV, front door to stairs. Foot traffic grinds soil down into the base of the pile in those exact spots, so the lane darkens even when the rest of the room still looks fine.
A general vacuum only ever gets the top of the pile. It won't lift what's been ground in over weeks or months of the same footsteps landing in the same place, which is why a traffic lane can look almost untouched after a regular cleaning day.
Our compound is worked directly into those high-wear paths, not just laid over the top, so it's actually reaching the soil that's built up down at the base of the pile rather than skating across the surface of it.

A lot of carpet cleaning calls we get are for the rooms someone can see from the front door: the living room, maybe the hallway. We clean the whole home when that's what's asked for, bedrooms, closets, stairs and all, because soil doesn't stop where the visible rooms end.
Same method, same compound, same no-wait finish in every room. There's no upcharge in effort for a bedroom that doesn't get visitors, it gets the same pass as the room by the front door.
