Whole home
Sanitizing for homes across greater Columbus, not just a deeper clean
Cleaning lifts what you can see. Sanitizing goes after what's living below the surface, in the carpet, the cushions, the mattress and the grout, and it leaves nothing damp behind.
Chapter 01
Cleaning and sanitizing aren't the same job
A regular cleaning pulls soil, dust and stains out of a surface so it looks and feels clean again. That's most of what people call us for, and it's real work. But it isn't the same job as sanitizing.
Sanitizing targets what a cleaning doesn't reach on its own, the bacteria and viruses sitting below the surface in the fibers and the padding underneath them. A carpet can look spotless and still be carrying more than what shows up in a walk-through. Sanitizing is a separate step we add on top of the clean, not a stronger version of it.

Every surface a household actually touches
We sanitize carpet, upholstery, area rugs, mattresses and hard surfaces. That's the full run of what a home puts hands, feet and faces on every day, and it's why we treat sanitizing as a whole home service rather than one room at a time.
A mattress gets slept on for a third of every day. A sofa cushion gets sat on by everyone who visits. Carpet catches whatever comes in on shoes and paws. None of that is a special case, it's just daily use, and it's exactly where sanitizing does the most.
Chapter 03
Why low moisture matters here specifically
Our dry cleaning process allows for immediate use of your carpets after service completion. There's no need to wait as our method leaves no residual moisture. That line matters more for sanitizing than it does for a plain clean.
A wet sanitizing pass has to sit and dry, and a slow drying window in carpet, padding or upholstery foam is its own problem, it's exactly the kind of damp environment bacteria like. Our low moisture approach skips that window entirely. Nothing is left damp afterward, so there's no waiting room, no fans running overnight and no risk of the job undoing itself while it dries.
Households where it matters most
We get called for sanitizing most often around kids, pets, allergies, a recent illness in the house, or just moving into a home someone else lived in first. None of those need an appointment set apart from a regular cleaning, it's a service we add to the visit.
We use Green Seal certified products in our cleaning process, and the green line is biodegradable and non toxic, which matters if you've got kids or pets crawling on the floor an hour after we leave. Ask about it when you call for your estimate and we'll walk you through what it covers for your home.
