Every job we do

Seven ways we work on a floor, and none of them are wet

Carpet, rugs, tile, upholstery and the occasional office corridor, all cleaned with the same dry method so nothing is left damp when we leave. Pick the job below or call us and we'll tell you which one fits.

A dry carpet cleaning compound worked into pile with a counter rotating brush

Dry carpet cleaning

This is the job the business is built on. We work a HOST compound down into the pile with counter rotating brushes, then vacuum it back out along with the soil it picked up.

There's no water soaking the backing and no fans running afterward. Our dry cleaning process allows for immediate use of your carpets after service completion, so rooms go back to normal the same visit.

Stain removal and pet odor

Wine, grease, ink, mud and the pet accidents that soaked through months ago. Most stains respond well once we know what caused them, so tell us what it is when you call.

Pet odor rarely lives on the surface, it settles into the backing and the pad. We treat the source there rather than covering it over.

Area rug cleaning

Wool, silk, Oriental, Persian, synthetic and antique rugs all need to be handled differently, so we identify the fiber and test for color bleed before anything touches the rug.

The same low moisture approach applies here too. A rug goes back down on your floor without a long drying wait in the middle of the room.

Tile and grout mid-clean, dark grout on one side and cleaned pale grout on the other

Tile and grout cleaning

Grout is porous, and a mop just pushes soil into the lines instead of lifting it out. We work the grout itself, not only the tile faces around it, and we seal it as part of the job.

Ceramic, porcelain and natural stone floors all get treated differently, and the low moisture method keeps water out of your subfloor either way.

A commercial carpet cleaning pass through an office corridor

Commercial carpet cleaning

Offices, waiting rooms and retail floors can't close for a day to let carpet dry. Our dry method means a space can be cleaned overnight or before hours and be walkable when the first person arrives.

We work with all major insurance companies for the claims that come with commercial properties.

Green carpet cleaning

We use Green Seal certified products in our cleaning process, and the green line is biodegradable and non toxic.

It's the same dry method and the same crew, just with the green product line requested for homes with kids, pets or allergies in mind.

Sanitization services

Cleaning lifts what you can see. Sanitizing goes after the bacteria and viruses sitting below the surface, in carpet, upholstery, area rugs, mattresses and hard surfaces.

Because our method leaves no residual moisture, there's no damp window afterward for anything to grow in.
